Kallan leads Talent acquisition with a focus on leadership hiring for portfolio companies. He is responsible for talent management initiatives across the portfolio. Prior to this, he was associated with a leading executive search firm where he was instrumental in hiring leaders for startups and global multinational companies. He holds a degree in computer science and an M.B.A from Karnataka University.
